Marque Property Holdings has secured two new tenants for The Avenue at 38 Raymond Avenue. RS International Pty Ltd, owned by Daikin, has leased Unit 2, a 189 sq m hi-tech industrial unit under a five year lease and King Turf Pty Ltd has leased Unit 3, a 179 sq m industrial strata unit under a three year lease. Both are paying $300 per sq m net rent. Edward Washer and Sam Wallace from Savills Australia negotiated the lease.
BevWizz Group Pty Ltd has relocated from Macquarie Park in a new 204 sq m office lease deal at 318/5 Celebration Drive from Knightsbridge Car Sales Pty Ltd . The lease term is three years plus a three year option at $357.8 sq m gross. Peter Pacetta from Bawdens negotiated the lease.
Bro Biz Group Pty Ltd have leased a 191 sq m warehouse at 33 Nancarrow Avenue from Nancarrow Property Investments for $314 sq m gross. The lease term is three years. John Carney and Toby Hardiman, Colliers International, negotiated the lease.
Cleanspace Technology Pty Ltd has leased a 1,100 sq m at 39 Herbert Street from Westcon Group Pty Ltd. for $265 per sq m net. The lease term is six years. Haran Paheerathan, Taylor Nicholas North Shore, negotiated the lease.
A private investor, Malatic Pty Ltd has sold a 693.7 sq m site at 4 Rennie Street to an undisclosed buyer for $1.87 million. The site comprises a warehouse of 640.2 sq m and a 53.5 sq m office. Robert Ally of Bawdens negotiated the sale.
CBRE Hotels has further strengthened its Pacific Capital Markets team with the appointment of experienced hotel professional Vasso Zographou. He brings 30 years of experience across all aspects of the hotel industry, acting for owners, financiers and hotel operators and was most recently a director at Savills Hotels, Australia & New Zealand.
JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group has boosted its team with three new appointments to the Australian team. Chloe Mason joins in Perth and Scott Parker in Brisbane as senior executives in hotel and hospitality sales, and Gillian Berardi is national marketing specialist across both divisions of the hospitality platform. They will work alongside national director, Pub Division John Musca and Australasian managing director – head of investment sales Australasia, Peter Harper.
McGrath Ltd has announced that Mark Cook and Daniel Cook have joined the business, in conjunction with the acquisition of their rent roll ,currently operating as Richardson & Wrench St Ives, located in Sydney’s Upper North Shore.
